November 27th to December 2nd 2019 – Oil Yoga, Yin Yoga, Thai Massage and Pilates

December 4th to December 9th 2019 – Oil Yoga, Yin Yoga, Thai Massage and Pilates

Course Fees per week :  300€ / Week- A YACEP certificate will be given at the end of the immersion.

No food and no accommodation. A lot of accommodations are located around the Shala, which is on the main street of Patnem. You can visit Regina Residency or Patnem Garden Cottages.

Yoga immersion is a platform where one can improve Asana, Pranayama and meditation practice. It’s not a Yoga teacher training course. 

Yoga immersion will provide the space and possibility to discover our strength and weakness in the practice by which one can develop holistically in the yoga path.  

Schedule :

7.00 – 9.00 – Oil Yoga

9.00 to 11.00 – Break

11.00 to 12.00 – Asana name chanting, Drishti practice

12.00 to 1.00 PM – Pranayama

3.00 to 4.00 PM – Lecture

4.15 to 6.00 PM – Yin ou Pilates ou Thai Massage
